Photography Policy
PRICING
$100 per hour +tax
*ALL fees must be paid before session starts
BOOKINGS: To schedule a photo session, please email us to arrange a time. All sessions are conducted during closed hours. Payment is required in advance, as the session fee secures your booked time and includes the desired photos.
Please note that the person booking the session is responsible for payment. We offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments; however, if you arrive later than this, the doors may be locked. As a business, we require appointments to ensure we can provide the best service to you and our other clients/customers.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: When rescheduling or cancelling please call 24hrs a head of time. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments for our staff and any requests.
HOUSE RULES: All clients, customers, and photographers are expected to act, dress, speak, and photograph in a respectful manner. It’s important that all content created in our space is family-friendly, as we are a business for all ages.
DAMAGES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual booking the session is responsible for any damage to the property or facilities. If any damages occur during the session, the client will be contacted and will be required to pay any applicable damage fees.
**Buttercup reserves the right to make any other rules and fees in our own judgement from time to time for everyone’s safety. Buttercup also reserves the right to vacate client at anytime due to unfriendly behavior and risk to other clients, customers and staff. We ask that everyone respect our rules, so that our business can run smoothly.
