Photoshoots at Buttercup Venue

Hourly Rate: $150.00/hour

We’re thrilled that you’re considering Buttercup as the backdrop for your photoshoot. Our property offers a charming and picturesque setting — perfect for capturing beautiful memories.

What’s Included:

  • Access to the courtyard (seasonal & weather permitting)

  • Use of the Celebration Hall

  • On-site restrooms

  • Wheelchair accessibility

  • Assistance with setup and cleanup

Please note: After most shoots, we do handle a significant amount of cleanup — from the buildings to the restrooms — and we are not a public park. Maintaining the beauty of Buttercup and keeping our doors open takes time, effort, and care. This is why it’s so important that all photoshoots are scheduled in advance and properly paid for.

Important Details:

  • Appointments are required. Please do not arrive without one — our schedule is carefully arranged to avoid overlapping sessions.

  • All clients must inform us ahead of time how many hours they will need for their shoot. This allows us to plan accordingly and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

  • All clients must follow our venue guidelines and honor the hourly commitment.

  • Photographers: Please contact us via email or phone only for all inquiries and bookings.

We kindly ask that any props or decorations not belonging to Buttercup be removed immediately after your shoot.

Photography Policy

*ALL fees must be paid before session starts

BOOKINGS: To schedule a photo session, please email us to arrange a time. All sessions in the cafe are conducted during closed hours. Payment is encouraged in advance, as the session fee secures your booked time and includes the desired photos.

Please note that the person booking the session is responsible for payment.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: When rescheduling or cancelling please call with a 24hr notice. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments.

HOUSE RULES: All clients, customers, and photographers are expected to act, dress, speak, and photograph in a respectful manner. It’s important that all content created in our space is family-friendly, as we are a business for all ages.

DAMAGES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual booking the session is responsible for any damage to the property or facilities. If any damages occur during the session, the client will be contacted and will be required to pay any applicable damage fees.

**Buttercup reserves the right to make any other rules and fees in our own judgement from time to time for everyone’s safety. Buttercup also reserves the right to vacate client at anytime due to unfriendly behavior and risk to other clients, customers and staff. We ask that everyone respect our rules, so that our business can run smoothly.
